Lease periods are 12 months. Shorter periods net higher value just ask us.

Laundry on-site $2 per wash; $1 per 10 minutes dryer time, outdoors hanging lines available
Entry requirements are simple, we need Photographic ID, Proof Of Employment (Can be a contract/employment offer or most recent payslips), Best Email, Best Mobile phone, Supporting prior rental evidence from a real estate agency is preferred.
In person inspection is preferred however not required for inter-state or international incoming tenants that require a place to rent upon arrival.
Bond is equivalent to 4 weeks rent held at the Residential Tenancies Authority. A 2 weeks rent advance is required for key release once approved.
