Dahrl Court was built during the bustle of Brisbane's Art Deco period, and our elegant apartments still feature many of the bespoke architectural details of that era — ornate plaster ceilings, original letterboxes and hand‑carved balustrading throughout.
Set on quiet, leafy Phillips Street in Spring Hill, the building is a short stroll from the centre of Brisbane city, close to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, the RNA Showgrounds and the theatres and restaurants of Fortitude Valley.

Built From the Story Bridge
Dahrl Court was built by Hornibrook Constructions directly after they completed work on Brisbane's Story Bridge — in fact, the support beams beneath Dahrl Court are the leftovers from that very project.
Dahrl Court has been a family business for over 30 years, with a warm and welcoming environment that's carried through for generations of tenants.
The two spans as they approach the delicate joining stage, completed in October 1939.
