How To Apply
- Make an inspection appointment.
- Applications are made available after apartments have been viewed.
** note this can be waived if you are coming from overseas or interstate and require an apartment unseen and are happy with the photos as shown. - Full Bond is then paid within 24 hours to secure the apartment after approval.
- Rent advance is then paid before your start date.
Applications can only made available after inspection and discussion with management.
Apartments are shown continuously to prospective tenants until a bond is deposited and lease signed.
Inspection Times:
7am – 2pm business days.
