    How To Apply

    1. Make an inspection appointment.
    2. Applications are made available after apartments have been viewed.
      ** note this can be waived if you are coming from overseas or interstate and require an apartment unseen and are happy with the photos as shown.
    3. Full Bond is then paid within 24 hours to secure the apartment after approval.
    4. Rent advance is then paid before your start date.


    Applications can only made available after inspection and discussion with management.
    Apartments are shown continuously to prospective tenants until a bond is deposited and lease signed.

    Inspection Times:

    7am – 2pm business days.
