To apply to lease an apartment at Dahrl Court 45 Phillips Street Spring Hill please forward the following information for all adults whom will live in the apartment on email for review.

1. Photographic ID – preferably a passport photo page or australian drivers licence.

2. If you are an international… your visa details.

3. Proof of employment: This can be an employment contract,
and/or most recent payslips, and/or bank statement showing regular pay amounts going in.

4. If you have leased in Australia previously a Tenant Ledger from a Real Estate Agency and or reference from that agency as well… if possible. We understand that new arrivals to Australia do not have this so please still forward your information to apply.

It is highly recommended that you forward your details promptly as the rental market is quite fast.

Please note that all applications are processed on a first come first served basis and we do not hold an apartment for any reason.

Approved applicants are only confirmed once a lease agreement is received signed with a full bond and advance rent deposit fully cleared in the accounts.

Keys are released upon day of entry.
